1. Customer calls for estimate.

2. Salesperson calls you back makes an appointment.

3. Salesperson estimates your job, picks material, colors, etc.

4. Salesperson hands you over too production manager.

5. Production manager calls to do a re-measure and give you a date they can start.

6. Production manager hands you over too crew leader to deal with any questions you may have while the job is being completed.

7. Salesperson gives you final paperwork and collects final check.

With Resort Siding you will call for an estimate and deal with the same person throughout the entire process. Any problems or questions, you will only have to call one number and talk too the same person who knows everything about your project. That person will be there the day the job starts to ensure everything needed will be done according to work scope.

The first thing we do to ensure a good job for our customers, is to tear-off all shingles down to wood decking. Tearing off the existing shingle let’s us inspect the decking, flashing, skylights,etc.
